Tim Pawlenty talks to GW College Republicans



Says William: "This photo was created by digitally stitching together three separate photos. Some panoramic photos from the late 19th/early 20th century were created using a camera in which the lens would travel the length of the film during the exposure. It was possible to be on one end of the photo then run around the camera and appear a second time in the same negative."
